Palette tray

Hi Brianna!

Could you provide a link to your gray palette tray? Is it tinted glass?

Thanks,

Rena

Sure! Here it is: https://amzn.to/3PGkptV

they also have a wood one, but glass is easiest to clean and can be used for oils too.

What is the Weekend Atelier?

I am excited to announce the launch of a new addition to our community and mentorship programs! The Weekend Atelier

The Weekend Atelier Mentorship grants you access to our exclusive group that meets once a week LIVE on Zoom.

The goal of this group is to foster an atelier-like environment between students and mentor, while working from our private studios. Here is some more information on how the Weekend Atelier works, and a link for you to join, below.

When and where are the meetings?

Meetings are hosted on Zoom for the first 4 Saturdays of every month, from 11am-1pm and 2-4pm Central Standard Time. Be sure to check the difference with your timezone. There will be a limit of 10 students per group.

How does it work?

Each week, you will send in your personal studio projects along with any goals, questions or ideas. You will be assigned an approximate time slot for each meeting. Time slots are assigned by preference, in the order of which students signed up. So those who sign up first will get first pick of the time slots.

A weekly submission is not required, but encouraged! If you don't have work to show, we can also discuss goals, obstacles and any art-related questions you might have. This is meant to be an open studio session tailored to your needs. I can do paint-overs on your work, give advice for composition, materials, processes and ideation/concept development and work on developing your art career goals.

Each individual will get approximately 10- 15 minutes of focused feedback, but all are welcome to tune in to the entire zoom meeting. This is the best part of joining this community, because I guarantee you will learn SO much just by watching and interacting with the group.

All work with questions will need to be submitted by Friday, to allow ample time for me to prepare.

What if I can't attend a meeting? What about holiday weekends?

If you are unable to meet one week, all meetings are recorded so you can still submit questions and work for feedback and watch at a later time.

In months with holidays, we will schedule around holidays as best as we can. Occasionally, a makeup session will be held if I had to cancel a meeting due to illness, holiday or family emergencies.

How does billing work? How much does it cost?

The Weekend Atelier is $75/month, billed automatically from the date you enroll.

You can leave the membership anytime by reaching out to me or canceling through your account. However, I cannot guarantee that your spot will be available if you decide to join again at a later time.

I am only accepting 20 students total, 10 for each meeting. If enrollment is no longer open, you can message me through the site or send me an email and I will place you on a waiting list.

Sessions begin October 7th!

Have questions? Post them below and I am happy to answer!
